Disclaimer: I don't speak for the JREF. I do think it's childish to tell lies about an organization that will pay a million dollars to anyone who can demonstrate paranormal ability.

False. The JREF puts $1 million behind their challenge. All the applicant need do is have a testable claim, design an acceptable protocol, and demonstrate the claimed ability. That's it.

The applicants don't have to explain how they can do what they claim: for the purpose of the million dollar challenge that doesn't matter at all. Further, no judgment calls are required: the applicant either achieves the agreed-upon goals or doesn't. Many people have taken the preliminary test, following the protocol they designed. None have demonstrated any paranormal ability, according to their own standards.

The disclaimer at the end of his entry form is a dead giveaway. He never had any intention of honoring his claim that he would pay out that money. It obviously isn't his to give away and he has been ordered to refuse all entrants to the so-called challenge.
False. That the money is indeed the JREF's to give away can be verified by anyone by contacting the JREF's banker. I believe the banker's certification is also available for viewing at the JREF website.

Quote:
As I informed him in one of the several emails I sent him after spending money on a notary public to send him the entry form, my dog can do tricks.
Ah, so you have applied. Under what name? Kevin Clay Gardner? I will check the status of your application. If it's a different name, you can send me a PM. Other than that, your sentence makes no sense.

Quote:
What is my claim? I can prove there's a God. The Bible has nothing to do with this ability, as I don't have to refer to it in order to prove that I saw what I saw.
Specifically how can you prove that there's a god? Were you able to design a protocol to publicly test this claimed ability? If not, it may be that your claim is untestable, as many claims are. For instance, I may be able to build outhouses on planet Zebulon 5 by wiggling my ears, but there's no way to test that claim. Other claims might be testable but would not be eligible because they would pose an unacceptable risk of physical harm.

Quote:
Unfortunately, Mr. Randi thinks he has psychic abilities, as well and can read my mind.
Again, a nonsensical statement. Mr. Randi certainly does not think he has psychic abilities. He does, however, have decades of experience with claims from frauds, the mentally ill, and well-meaning but self-deluded people.

Quote:
I've even had a few of the examples of my proof published, but Mr. Randi believes that since he holds the reins on the money, that he has the right to treat possible entrants like horses and keep them under intellectual lock and key.
Is it your opinion that the JREF should mail you the $1 million based on your word that you have the ability you claim, or do you think it's reasonable to expect you to be able to demonstrate this ability?

Quote:
Mr. Randi is just a publicity hound who will refuse any and all comers unless they can afford to come to him, which I cannot.
False. Applicants have been tested at places convenient to them, when competent observers and administrators agreed upon by the JREF were able to attend. Mr Randi does not have to be there. However, since a million dollars is at stake, I hope you will agree that the applicant should make the effort to be tested and not whine while hopin for a roving band of JREF associates to wander into town.

Quote:
I have photographic confirmation of my claim that Mr. Randi has never seen and will never see unless he keeps his promise to send an envoy to where I am in Edmonton, Alberta Canada or even arrange to have someone here set up the test that I can easily pass, because Mr. James Randi is a fraud and a coward who believes that making a contract with the world can be broken by him because he controls the money.
Has the JREF accepted your application and agreed that,
1) You have a testable claim, and
2) You have an acceptable test protocol

I have no problem sharing one of these proofs with others, as it has already been published and is protected by copyright in that regard. Here is that one.

Hope (c) Kevin Clay Gardner
I saw a spotlight in the sky,
Now cross my heart and hope to die,
For I only witnessed this unique anomaly,
Because it illuminated the area around me,
A circle of light lit a small patch of ground,
Encompassing me without making a sound,
Yet "authorities" won't allow me to explain,
Because from the truth they have nothing to gain,
It's torture to not let me prove that I'm right,
When I can convince anyone that I saw the light,
But the ones who've abused their positions can't cope,
With the truth that will fill all of the poor people with hope.
Quote:
That is nothing.
I disagree. It is something, all right.

Quote:
I have much more and music besides, that proves the existence of God.
Wait: you are claiming that the words you wrote above prove the existence of god and entitle you to a million bucks from the JREF? Surely you are joking. Where is your testable claim?

Look, this symbol proves that Elvis is alive in a Graceland made of solid iron at the center of the earth: ≠
Now send me money.

Quote:
But of course James Randi thinks that he's cool,
But he's really just a stubborn old mule,
He's just a grouchy old man,
Refusing anyone who can,
Win his prize, hence he treats me like a fool.
That's progress, I suppose.

Quote:
I even called this liar long distance and he hung up on me as I started to talk about what I'd seen.

There is no prize,
That's what I surmise,
James Randi tells lies,
Hardly a surprise.

Also hardly worthy of respect,
His motivations are circumspect,
Done for the money I expect,
Fears he'll have to genuflect.
Wait...are you Nipsey Russell? There's a million dollars in it for your heirs if you are!

Quote:
Most people are worthy of the respect that James Randi thinks he deserves. With that attitude who would respect him?

No challenge here.

Peace and blessing to all
I've found that liars like yourself are seldom at peace. Please try to get a grip on yourself.
