Just curious how frequently, if at all, any of you come into contact with the other side? Its happened to me 4 times in my life, but more frequently in the last year.... I think this might have something to do with my "awakening."

Do you see, feel, or hear them?
One instance I heard and saw a spirit... it was an old woman and she was humming a vague tune... I was climbing the stairs in a museum in Iceland and she was in front of me... I turned around to tell my parents something and then turned back and kept walking up the stairs. When I reached the top of the stairs I noticed the room I was looking at had no doors, no windows, and no old lady, but I could still hear her humming... This was my first paranormal experience.

Another time, I was going to bed around 8:30-9:00pm and just as I was nodding off felt as if I was being watched. So I peered over the edge of my blankets into the middle of my room. The shadows on the wall at the back of my room were all moving quite wildly and began to take a shape of something. I blinked once and standing in the middle of my room was a very tall man, about 6 feet tall with glasses, wearing white but seemed rather distorted. He did not look away nor blink and I didn't either... this was quite frightening for me as I was home alone and didn't know what to do.... so I covered my head with my blanket for about 15 minutes and when I dared to look out again he was gone. A week later down to 30 minutes of when this happened, my aunt died... I believe there to be a strong correlation, my aunt was also very psychic, especially when it came to family.

The last 2 times have been in the last few months..... and just consist of entities entering my apartment and me guiding them to the light... nothing too big, and I've come to expect them now so its not such a "big deal."

Does anyone know how to improve their clairvoyance?
