What about fibromyalgia/chronic fatigue? How do I "get rid of" these problems? I am sick and tired of being sick and tired all these years. I don't sleep deep enough to begin with, which makes the pain and brain fog worse, which causes me to sleep less bacause of the pain and anxiety my brain fog causes. It's a bad loop. I have a prescription sleeping med (trazadone) that I hate to take because of extremely bad dry mouth/eyes and zombie brain the next day.
I miss being intelligent and feeling good and feeling rested. <sigh>
