At least tell about the one yoga system that you know. |
Hi,
Spirit, soul and body is, as I see it, the basis for various systems. Regardless if religion, healing, martial arts, occultism, mysticism, theology, and philosophy, you will find one or more of those attributes involved in some way. Depending on the country, nationality, or race, numerous system names will be present to describe their process or system. Mostly one will hear Eastern or Western applied to the nomenclature. With some, the focus is on body leading on to the mind. Others will focus on the mind leading to the body. Great difference between the two methods. Yoga and Qigong have much in common, but are worlds apart in how accomplished and terminology. Now one can go on line and rapidly reach overload status, information wise. I found Qigong more to my liking.
Not quite what you were asking about, so here are a few links.
