You have to know that vegetables and fruit consumed in excess can lead to putting on weight through the sugar they contain.
You can drink laxative tea; eat fresh or boiled vegetables, drink vegetables or fruit juices, boiled meat, fish, dairy products.
You should chew the food you eat slowly and lengthily.
From time to time, you can take a teaspoon of castor oil. It would be great if you could avoid alcohol, smoking, spicy food, pickles.
A hot bath or sauna, swimming or cycling can help you a lot.
Nevertheless, if you feel like eating something sweet and you are longing for it, you should eat an apple. I hope these tips will be helpful.
