I saw my spirit guide for the first time I can remember at age 6. I too also have seen animals. What I have come to learn is that they are first called apparitions, and they appear for a reason. The reason they appear is for you to discover..but they are there for a reason. I definately understand your fear of them..there have been some that have scared me. I deal with them by telling them how they can appear in a way that will not scare me..i also suggest taking some deep breaths, ground yourself, and then figure out what they are there for. If you haven't learned how to ground yourself yet..that will truely help. Overall, all of this takes getting use to and can cause fear, but the more you get use to it the easier it gets. Hey I still get scared at times..i have just learned how to deal with it now and so will youin time. Keep your head up and try and try again! Good luck! |
