There is all kinds of yoga with all kinds of benefits. Traditional yoga is to join yourselves with the source. It is a process of discovery of who you are. Through the various yoga techniques we can prepare to join our selves. Traditional Indian Yoga has many techniques/practices and there are other forms /practices you can do. There are physical, breath, deity worship, sounds, mantra's, symbols, and other stuff you can do. Too much to list. The important thing is what is it that you want...what are your questions and are you willing to do what it takes to expand you consciousness and open your heart. It is a fulfilling journey, but please do more than just be a tourist... |
