Free distant healing

Hello everybody!

I´m helena energyhealer from finland.So what i do?In healing sessions i channel energy to person/any living creature or to groups. I don´t perform any rituals, i just simply start channeling.Everything is basically energy so i think is natural and effective to heal mental/physical healtproblems with energy.
Answer for question about what is this energy; this energy goes with many names as you may know qi,prana etc., i like most of this ”wise energy” because it goes there where it is needed. I don´t necessary need to know what i`m healing because energy does it, although it´s easier if i know what is the problem.
I also think healing and to be healed is possible for everybody, sometimes you just need a start kick for that .I´am myself a normal worker&student who does this healing at freetime.
There is no need to be 75 year old shaman to be able to heal people because we are all energy.

This is my first time doing distant healing to another countries,365 miles is my longest experience until now.Questions are welcome and sorry if there is some grammatical errors =)

Healing session at next thursday 3/11 8.30-9.00 pm finnish time (you don´t need to do anything, but is better if you can relax so you can explore your feelings and the energy)

Hi there

There is no requirements for participation, just let me know if you want to join
When the healing session begins i start channeling energy through my hands for everybody who have been joined.
Notice time will be 8.30-9.00 pm finnish local time so remember check out what the time will be in your country.You dont´have to do anything, just relax so you can feel the energy that is coming for you.
If this is your fist time taken distant healing remember drink water because energy often makes body fluids move so you can feel a little thirsty.Everybody feel energy different ways so i can´t say in advance how you will feel.Some of the common feelings have been floating warmth outside and inside of the body, if you have place in your body that have energyblock you can feel different feelings in there. And sometimes people who have some energyblocks have begun to sweat, it´s totally normal because the physical and energeticbody begins to get rid of the slag material.
