Thanks to Jacob for running these once lively forums.

Used to post in these forums? Say hello before going.

Hi, Open Mind and thanks. Are you hanging out at the official Skeptiko forums?

No, my days on forums ended here! I do occasionally post comments in the Skeptiko podcast page but I never joined the new (official) Skeptiko forums. I reckon the early yearsin here were the best although to be fair I rarely read the official forums

I still explore the topic but seldom have time to post on any forum. I still explore evidence for psychic phenomena.. and it still exists

Hopefully some from the official forum return to say 'Hi'

I'm now reading "Seth Speaks". Don't know why it took me so long. So far it's quite fascinating. I wonder why these books didn't gather more attentions.

          Hi Jacob,
Ha. is quite a few decades past that I first read 'Seth' books. Do have most all of what hit the book stands.
Was the basis for realigning my belief factors. You will enjoy and get 'soul' awareness shock with the reading of.
Did do some blog posts referencing the Jane Roberts, Seth material, and some of my reactions to the reading.

I've still only read Seth Speaks and then went on to read Michael Newton's first two books, which were quite fascinating too. Seth book was interesting but I didn't like it much because it talks too much about things which are not relevant, like dream states (of which you have no memory or control) or the supposed ancient history. All very unverifiable and not actionable. So while interesting, not sure what the benefit of these messages is.
