Home Remedies for Contipation

Drinking water kept in copper vessel overnight.
Dates along with milk helps relieve constipation.
2-3teaspoons of castor oil.
Juice of 2 oranges taken in morning with empty stomach for 8-10 days.
Drinking hot water with sour lime juice and half a teaspoon of salt.
