I am a new member, Manena, I am the wife of the creator of Tendano. My husband, (in the photo on my member page during our visit to John of God in Brazil) has developed a revolutionary new exercise program that we can do for ourselves that takes the twist out of the body.

Sounds like a very much needed program. Am sure that it would be welcomed by many.

Yes, this is factual from my experiences, and had to address the situation with certain movements to bring me comfort. Had to go to your site for a look see of the process talked on here, by you. There I saw movements I've used for decades, and was pleased to see them listed. So the method is valid, and from what I've experienced, beneficial. Have also noticed that no visible body twist or lean, need be seen, but the hidden tension is hurtful, but readily corrected by the movements.

Can the process also be used for left handers, that need the same relief?

He is finishing a book on his 12 years of research on thousands of clients. The book: Tendano: The Taming of the Grimm Reaper. This book will be released through Amazon in a few months. What do you think about this title. Would you buy a book with a title like this? The second line of the title is: Biotensegrity based exercises for tramatic stress release, increased flexibilty, decreased joint discomfort and bioelectric rejeneration.
I would apprieciate comments on this. Thanks so much. Manena

Honestly, the title had only a curiousity effect, almost as a novel about death. Wasn't interested reading a story, but your words above, kicked in my "feeling tone" and prompted me to check further. Glad I followed my "prompts". No, I don't like the title as is. Would understand better, something like" Tendano: Easily correcting a normal, but misaligned body", or something along that line. The second line is super and hits the understanding of the process.
Will get a copy, to enhance what I've been using and doing for body comfort. May the book sales be a dream come true.
