The secrets of ancient Malay meditation arts
Malay is one of the races that scattered in the Malay Archipelago. It is one of the earliest races around the world, infamous for their steely nerves, iron-clad will and undivided determination. Legends had told us that a Malay captain, Henry the black alias Enrique or Panglima Awang was the person who actually completed Ferdinand Magellan’s naval exploration.
The origin of these meditation arts comes from its warrior clan, called *pendekar. They used this art to gain supernatural power. They learned how to merge their inner will, spiritual entities, subconscious and their high conscious mind’s energy to achieve the desirable effects. By then, they become stronger, move faster, withstand the physical pains with ease and able to create a new form of silat or Malay’s martial art.
The secret had been passed from one generation to the other by its masters and grandmasters. They keep it closely among them and only be revealed to their heirs and prospective individuals whom able to bear the responsibilities to keep it secret.

Wikipedia defines meditation as any of a family of practices in which practitioners train their minds or self-induce a mode of consciousness to realize benefit.

Meditation is not affiliated with or based in any religious teaching.



Yes, meditation is extremely valuable. It will calm you down. It will make you feel more relaxed. It will give you the inner peace that you are able to find your own answers and chart your own path.

But…

Very few people can do it. Most people lost their interest along the way ..

The most common labels thrown at these people are that their minds are so unfocused… so undisciplined… and so weak.



The main reason why most people failed to learn meditation at the very beginning is because they were misinformed about the real concept of meditation and what are other options available for them.

Some of them were taught or made to understand that meditation is a situation where people sit down and do nothing .. this is known as Silence Meditation. The concept of making an effort to still your mind is a pure nonsense for most people as thinking is a basic needs for us as a human being ..



The solution is simple .. if “sitting down and do nothing” meditation technique does not work for you, you should try another one. I am not going elaborate more about meditation style because there are hundreds of meditation style and most of them are Silence Meditation.

Many people, even among reiki and meditation instructor themselves tend to misunderstood the most basic concept of meditation and fall into ideas that the only way to start learning meditation is through Silence Meditation.

How can you relief stress by doing something forcefully and against your will ?

The answer is you can’t.



The truth is there are no rules in choosing which types of meditation method that suites yourself. Basically there are only two category of meditation; Creative Meditation and Silence Meditation .. there are major differences between both method and it is entirely your rights to choose which best suites your needs or the combination of both ..

Let us go through with the definition of each category to better understand meditation.



Most people tend to define Creative Mediation as being creative in visualization and imagination. This is entirely wrong definition, i will tell you why..

Being creative and imaginative is not required and not the main element of meditation. If you are giving too much focus in your own imagination you will get distracted from reaching the main goal of meditation that is to achieve enlightenment and higher level of consciousness. In the end you will get stuck in a realm created by yourself that are filled with your own imagination and wishful thinking. Believe me you wont like it if you fail to turn it off.

Now, this may sounded a bit rude to some people who believe that they have achieved enlightenment through Silence Meditation.

I am not saying that it is impossible to do so but it is rather slower and not a proper method for everyone especially for beginners. The main point of this artcle is to emphasize more on the importance of redefining and to differentiate the basic concept of meditation.

It is very dangerous to play around with your own imagination as it will likely to make you prone to hallucinating the thing that you visualized.

Visualization alone does not turn our dreams into reality. It is just a small parts in realizing the dreams itself.



Enlightenment is a state/phase/journey where your soul travel from certain level of consciousness to another, it happen in reality and not just an imagination or thing that you visualize. It is beyond that!

As your level of consciousness increases your soul will travel from Human realm to Cosmic realm, Angelic Realm and finally you will arrive at the Divine Realm. You are very much aware of everything that’s happening at every state of your spiritual journey. I will elaborate more on what you will be seeing in each realm on the next posting. So stay tuned !

Stess Buster*
Meditation is one of prevention and treatment recommendations for stress.*But how one is able to concentrate in a situation of extreme pressure, he is an example;
One case there is a middle-aged women who were obedient to religious instruction, he was admitted a good person, she lead a perfect life , hit her husband and 2 lovely children, but the perfect life soon turns sour, she fund out that her husband is cheating on her, when all other resources fail she file for divorce.
The impact of divorce led to extreme stress, several times she wished about to commit suicide.*
The percentage of the potential for suicide is a large, urban areas, because most of them are working hard to meet the demands of mundane.*If you do not have the financial strength of your life will be a helter-skelter.*
It is actually impossible to do a full meditation that will gives peace in a very distressed situation.
Take for example the case of Mrs. X, she will not be able to sit down and regulate breathing and to remove all the problem from afar.*The reality is sitting silently doing nothing then the bad memories will invade, some people only make himself busy to forget the problems.*
Returning to the problem of Mrs. X, just what is the alternative to solve her problem?*
The answer is creative meditation.*
Why is meditation, creative?*
Well let us all share the basic fundamental creative meditation,*
first when doing creative meditation concentration is more geared towards the appreciation of movement and prayer, thus closing the memory space of the mind from 'invasion' of bad memories.
During this meditation, person not only organized breathing but also make movements that could burn the excess energy resulting from the surge of adrenaline factor activated by the direction of mind 'fight or flight.*
