Default yoga is for all ages!

No there is not any age restrictions for practicing yoga.

You just have to choose the right and appropriate exercises for each age level.

But, basically, you need to go from the basic and simple poses and phisical exercises to the most complicated ones.

A study and clear understanding of the asanas, and exercises will help you choosing your right and favorite yoga style.

Though I am not with the word "Style" :-)

Best,
Chaker

Thumbs up Try it!

Yoga is about deep relaxation and just loving your body and feeling healthy. What kind of age group doesnt need that? the best way I think is to join a class- that will get you moving smoothly forward and help you to get the whole picture. its kind of hard to just do on your own esp. if you dont understand yoga already...
i was in a class once that had old people, young people, althletics/dancers, overweight people, people with back injuries or others, and the teacher was large from pregnancy! talk about yoga for all walks of life huh? Anyway ive been practicing for a few years now and believe me its really worth looking into!

Default Regarding age limit

Hello,

There is no age limit for practicing yoga and meditation. They are a necessary in our daily lives and many people have started realizing their importance. People have to manage their stress, depression and anxiety in order to live a better life. Practicing yoga and meditation helps to manage it effectively.I happened to come across a website meditation it had all the information how to manage stress, anxiety and depression to lead a peaceful and focussed life. I would suggest people who are looking for information to manage stress and depression in their life effectively to have a look at this site to benefit as I did.
