There are plenty of "debunking believers". Jessica Utts co-wrote a paper highly critical of PEAR's remote viewing experiments, Beirman debunked Shaldrake's staring experiments done with his "random" sequences, and Kennedy has had some very telling things to say about parapsychology as a whole. George Hansel writes about fraud in parapsychology, and Adrian Parker was critical of Sargent's work back in the 70s.

She can say whatever she wants. She just doesn't win the million.

Seems to me that more tests with a possibility of some errors would be more reasonable, but I have no idea how the protocol was worked out.

That's not quite what I was aiming at. None of them does much to educate the public to not expect more than a magic show from self-styled psychics.

Ah, you mean someone who would preface their debunking with a loud "but paranormal phenomena is absolutely real, I'm sure of it."?
