It is important to test the exact claims that are being made. If you use some vague open ended claims then it will just lead to an endless series of goal post shifts and everything becomes unfalsifiable. How many times do you hear after a failed trial of homeopathy that this obviously wasn't "real" homeopathy?
What is wrong with asking the person what they can do and how they can demonstrate it?
Pamela Smart was asked about what Jaytee could do before Wiseman did the tests and she agreed to the conditions. Wiseman even agreed to loosen the conditions after the first failure. Contrary to Alex's assertion Pamela Smart was Sheldrake's paid reseach assistant at this time.
