If you are referring to specific events of the bible, they are studied by historians, archeologists and the like.
If you consider a miracle to be when laws of nature are broken by supernatural entities then I don't think that is part of parapsychology. It is religion.
If you consider a miracle to be when something that you can't explain happens and interpret it as an indication of the incompleteness of scientific knowledge then I think parapsychology does study some of those types of things.
