Yes, Scott (if I've read him correctly) appears to be saying that above a certain level objects can be described or treated classically - a virtual truism, as I understand. However, larger and larger objects are being treated in quantum mechanical ways so I don't see that it can be said with any confidence which level can be treated without recourse to QM. |
