That's unfair. Randi isn't sitting in judgement on behalf of the rest of us. He started off on this skeptical route because he realised that there were a lot of fakers using conjuring tricks to defraud the public. Alex has started off on a different route with a different motivation. Would you say "should one man and a podcast be permitted to sit in judgement over the entire skeptical movement"?

Say what? I appears that your odd view of how science is run has caused you to attribute grandiosity to Randi that he does not possess.
