Default Introduction forum something unknown

Hi, everyone.

Welcome to this new forum on the science behind psychic experiences!

You may use this thread to make a short introduction of yourself. Where you come from, your interests in this field, what you'd like to see and anything else to let us know you better?
Or tell us about the latest scientific findings? Or about your latest personal psychic experience?

By the way, did you know that Oscar the Cat could predict the death of 25 more patients at the old age home?
When I interviewed Dr Dosa for "Something Unknown", he had just discovered Oscar had been right 23 times.

Looking forward to a dialogue!

Default Something Unknown

Well, I have made many other documentaries. On different subjects.
Need to make a website for them actually.
You can find a bit more info on other films here:

Oscar is certainly an eccentric cat. However, if I recall correctly, we don't need to resort to anything beyond mundane explanation. It was proposed that cat's have an accute sense of smell and dying cells start to give off a certain gas. The cat just detects it earlier.

As to its banshee like behaviour , well, like I said it's eccentric.

I bought your video after listening to the podcast and enjoyed it. Thanks for making the film. If you are curious about some psi events in my life, you can check my site: Home- the dreams of Andrew Paquette (dreams)

Just use the navigation bar on the left to look through the material. I've just finished writing a book about these, but it won't be out for a while yet.

As far as I remember, Dr Dosa said he investigated the smell argument, and that it was not a valid argument. Would have to look at the interview I made with him at the time.
Did you know scientists just discovered that light photons bends matter???

Yes please, I'd like to know if he resolved how Oscar did it. From what I read, Dr Dosa said he wasn't sure how the cat did it.He speculated about a sense of smell or some form of empathy.

Hi Renee:
I want to say how much I enjoyed watching your movie last night. It was an excellent update and overview of the work of many people I am familiar with.

Curious: Did you have an experience bending a spoon or other utensil? And if you did, can you relate the feelings or impressions you had from the process? I ask because this is something I have not been able to do, and I wonder if there is a group dynamic involved (as in table-tipping).

Sincerely

Deb
