Ok so I have no where else to turn.
It's been going on for acouple weeks but now it's coming more often to me.
I don't see them but I sence them. I sence a little girl maybe around 10 maybe 11 , and a younger boy 4 or5. I Keep asking them questions but they have to be repeated many times, and its really only a yes or no answer. But then agian I sence them saying things to me. like i hear them in my head. I'm not scared of them but I just want to know if it's just me or can these two little one be trying to get ahold of me. Please if you can help me. it would be really nice.

What have they said to you?

If they are earth bound spirits you should try to help them. Make sure they understand they are spirits and need to complete their transition to the spirit world. Ask them if they notice anyone looking for them who might be trying to help them. Make sure they understand that conditions will improve for them if they go with those who are trying to help them. Suggest they go towards the light.

Have a look at this web page, it is for older spirits but you might be able to adapt it for children.

There is to much lacking here, for me to get a fuller impression of what is taking place here. Even with the scant info you've given, my first thought was 'it relates to the writer', whatever that may mean. I understand what you say with "I don't see them but I sence them and then agian I sence them saying things to me". My blog post on (feeling tones) might help you understand this situation better.
