Default TCM Pediatrics

Hello forum,
I have a pediatric question for those of you that have this expertise.
My 1 yr old niece started to throw up (10 times in less than 4 hrs) a week ago, she also had fever. My brother took her to the western hospital and they gave her some kind of med that dissolved under her tongue, to stop the vomit, also they put an IV to hydrate her since she was mildly dehydrated. Now a week later she doesn't have fever anymore but the throwing up is starting again, and this time with soft stools but not fever.
What would the TCM diagnosis be and how to treat?

Thanks in advance.
