  • The phenomena of luck

Apart from research at the University of Hertfordshire, UK by Prof Wiseman on the reality of good luck (or not), does anybody know of any other research carried out in this area?

What questions are there surrounding luck to be investigated?

I'm not working under the assumption that there aren't; I'm simply unaware. Is there a "luck" arena? Are their controversies? Is there an attempt to ascribe luck (good or bad) a higher significance?

      Late response to luck question!

Sorry, Hoggworks, had my notifications turned off . In response, it's simply interesting that some research has been done to show that (basically) if you are receptive to 'luck' (or chance occasions that turn out to have a good result), you tend to find yourself a 'luckier' person. I was looking for more examples like Prof Wiseman's work in this vein.

I wonder if 'luck' is anything like synchronicity.

          How would you define synchronicity?

Attracting good luck with the Synchronicity Luck Program

            Found this after googling good+luck+synchronicity.
